do you have any practical tips + safety advice for travelling alone, especially as a woman? tysm
for the experience of going from one place to another:
link up with another woman, someone at the bus stop or in your row, just have a little friendliness and get on the same team. she is probably already on your team but this way you both know your assigned partner
some friendliness and exchanging of your true nature with the person who sits next to you
shoes off immediately
to me, eye mask is the most important. scarf becomes pillow or blanket. meditate in and out of sleep
water bottle, change of socks, panty liner, wipes or hand san, scrunchie, eye mask, giant fuzzy scarf, audio books
basically curl up in the corner
if you get itchy have a ginger ale and write letters
if you feel pruney smear neosporin mixed with tea tree oil on your face
a flight attendant will help you with most discomforts. they have unlimited tea and medicine and on a long flight they just sit in the cabin for hours
surrender to the in between ness and appreciate your lack of form in it. like how a caterpillar turns to complete goo at some point in the butterfly journey
